If it feels like it’s been a while since you last heard from us—you’re absolutely right. Our last newsletter went out in summer of 2019, and a lot has happened since then. We wanted to take a moment to reconnect, share what we’ve been up to, and let you know what’s coming next.
Why the silence?
Like everyone else, we navigated two years of COVID, and behind the scenes we were focused on something incredibly important: building a stronger team and better service for you.
Here’s what we’ve been working on:
- Office operations leveled up
We’re happy to share that Becca has been running our office for the past three seasons and will be back with us again this year
And don’t worry—Alyson hasn’t gone anywhere; she’s simply taken more of a behind-the-scenes role. - Training the next generation of service techs
We’ve invested heavily in training new technicians to ensure consistent, high-quality service for every customer. - Certifications & continued education
- Justin is currently in school for backflow certification
- Mike and Jorge completed their recertifications
- Our team has also been training on new product lines from Win Supply, so we can bring you the latest and most reliable irrigation solutions
What’s next?
We’re excited to announce that we’ll be rolling out a NEW service package for our existing customers this spring
